About the Owners
Steve Pullman has been in the industry for five years and his business partner, Jessen Williams, has been in the industry for over fifteen years. Both owners have done the “dirty work” and worked hands-on in the tree trimming and removal industry.
Steve became a champion at ground crew and machine operations while Jessen was a master climber. After they both started getting more heavily involved in the management and operations aspect of tree work they decided to start their own company and American Tree Solutions was born.

The Fleet
American Tree Solutions is proud to have their own fleet of company trucks. In an industry where machines and tools take constant beatings, American Tree Solutions takes care of and respects their equipment.
American Tree Solutions has all the proper large scale hauling and excavating equipment, dump trailers, and top of the line tools to help them get the job done. They have access to cranes with expert and professional operators and also own Skid Steers. They also own and operate all the neccessary equipment for the industry.

OUR PROCESS
STEP ONE:
The first step is a free assessment where American Tree Solutions informs the potential client of what is in danger or may need to be removed. Some questions the crew seeks to answer during the free assessment are:

- What is the Lifetime window of the clients’ trees or vegetation
- What could cause damage during a storm or high winds
- Could there be infections, bacterial fungal, root structure issues
American Tree Solutions always gives their clients all the information they need to make safe and educated decisions, even if they didn’t ask for it. American Tree Solutions is an honest company and will never lie or give false information on the health of a tree.
STEP TWO:
After the assessment is complete, American Tree Solutions creates a custom plan to eliminate or mitigate any catastrophic damages that could occur to the clients’ property.

- Plans can be amended and adjusted as the project is going on… The free assessment is never officially over, American Tree Solutions will continue to make recommendations.
- Discounts are offered when American Tree Solutions is already working on a project and the client asks for additional work to be done.
STEP THREE:
Once an agreeable plan is created the client is put on the schedule in a timely manner.
STEP FOUR:
The crew shows up on time and in uniform to complete the job.
STEP FIVE:
After the job is completed the Crew Foreman does a final walk through of the property with the client to ensure that everything is to their liking.
Anything falling short of expectations is fixed.
